摘要
活塞销精密磨削后存在着表面粗糙度值高的重大质量难题,文章以切削理论和磨削理论为基础,结合工厂活塞销生产实际,对活塞销精密磨削后表面粗糙度值高的原因进行了分析和研究,并提出了解决的具体方法。
After accurate grind, the high vale of piston pin's surfaceroughness is a big problem to quality. this paper is based on cut theory and gri nding theory, combine the practice of production piston pin, analyses and resear ch the reason that why the value of piston pin's surface roughness become high a fter accurate grinding, and bring up the concrete method that solve the problem.
