摘要
介绍了采用超声波测距传感器检测回转窑窑体变形误差的工作原理,设计和开发了基于单片机控制的 8路超声波数据采集系统的发射与接收电路及其相应的软件,同时考虑了环境温度对波速的影响,通过温度补偿的方法来校正波速,因而检测系统的测量精度高。
In this paper, a working principle of measuring t he distortion error of revolving tubular kiln by ultrasonic sensor is introduced. The ultrasonic transmitter and receiver hardware and its software of 8 channels data collection system based on single chip microcomputer control are designed, and the effect of environment temperature on ultrasonic speed is also considered . At the same time, the ultrasonic speed is revised by temperature compensation. So the ultrasonic measuring system has good measure precision.
