摘要
采用Soda-AQ/O2两段氧碱蒸煮的制浆新工艺制备麦草浆,黑液的涂硅率可达80%-90%, 原料中60%-80%的硅保留在浆料中,提高纸浆的得率,减少在回收中的硅杆状。
It was conducted that the wheat straw pulping experiment with two stage oxygen-alkali digesting of Soda-AQ/O2 in this paper. It was resulted that the silicon removal retio of black liquor reached up to 80-90%,60-80% of silicon in raw material was retained in wheat straw pulp, increasing the pulping yield and decreasing the silicon-disturbance in alkali recovery.
