摘要
探讨了基于产品数据管理(PDM)的企业人力资源管理方法,根据PDM系统中人员、组织、角色的关联分析,确定了人力资源在项目管理视图、人力资源视图中的定义;结合工作流中任务和角色的对应关系,给出了企业实施PDM系统而引发的新的人力资源管理机制,提出了基于PDM 的人力资源规划和绩效考核自动化的方法,并结合具体的PDM系统进行了实现。
The human resource management method on PDM system has been presented in this paper. Based on the relationship analysis among the people, organization, and the roles in the PDM system, the definition of the people in the management view and human resource view has been presented. The human resource management mechanism has been given based on the action and roles in the workflow management. An approach to plan human resource and examine the efficiency and performance of people on the PDM system has been studied and implemented.
