摘要
从因素属性的角度将影响组织结构设计的因素分为四类:环境因素、管理因素、组织结构特征因素和组织规模因素,具体分析了这些因素对组织结构的影响,提出了组织结构影响因素与组织结构设计的关系框架。在此基础上,应用模糊决策法对这些因素的重要度进行了评价,将群体的主观评价综合量化,提高了组织结构设计决策的科学性。应用案例分析了各因素对某公司组织设计的不同影响程度,为该公司组织结构改革提供了重要的参考依据。
According to different properties, the influencing factors of enterprise organizational design are divided into four kinds, including environment factor, management factor, organizational structure factor, and organizational scale factor. These factors influencing upon the organizational structure are de-tailedly analyzed, then a framework of the relationship between influencing factors of organizational structure and organizational design is brought out. On this basis, the importance of these factors is evaluated by using fuzzy decision method and the mass objective assessment is quantified to compound result, which makes the decision-making of the organizational design more scientific. Different influence upon the organizational design of a certain corporate is analyzed by a case study, which may provide important references for its organizational structure reform.
