摘要
基于 FFT 的频率测量的基本原理,分析测量误差产生的原因,推导误差与 FFT 运算后的 X(K)之间的关系式,从理论上给出消除这种测量误差的方法,并运用曲线拟合得出实际应用的计算公式。
The rationale of frequency measurement based on FFT is presented.In this paper,analysed the cause of error in the measurement and deduced the relation between the error and X (K) calculated by FFT.A theoretic method is proposes to remove the error.The practical formula is acquired by using method of curve fit.
