摘要
文章从我国的基本国情和青海省省情出发 ,在总结我国社会主义建设特别是改革开放以来现代化建设和经济社会发展的基础上 ,提出要坚持用科学发展观指导国土资源工作。即树立科学的资源利用观和管理观 ;紧紧抓住发展这一执政兴国第一要务不放松 ;把保护资源放在各项工作的首位 ,牢固树立保护资源就是保护发展的观念 ;要着眼于解决关系人民群众切身利益的资源环境问题 ,为人民谋福利。
According to the basic situation of China and Qinghai Province, this paper summarizes the socialism construction,especially modernization construction and economy society development since reformation and opening, points out that the land and resources work should be supervised by the concept of scientific development. Scientific resources utilization view and management view should be set up. Development as the most important affairs of state in coming into power and building country, should be closely grasped. Resources protection work should be laid on the first place, and the idea that resources protection is as important as development security should be set up, the resources and environmental problems closely related to the benefit of people should be started to solve.
