摘要
做好矿产资源储量管理工作 ,首先要建议修改《中华人民共和国矿产资源法》 ,尽快出台《矿产资源储量管理条例》 ,构筑矿产资源储量管理的法制基础。其次要强化矿产资源储量管理的基础作用与地位 ,将矿产资源储量管理贯穿于矿业管理的全过程。三是要重视评审工作 ,完善制度 ,加强监管。
To achieve the management of mineral resources reserves, firstly “the Mineral Resources Law of People's Republic of China” should be modified and “the Management Regulations of Mineral Resources Reserves” should be appeared publicly as soon as possible to construct a law base for the management of mineral resources reserves. Secondly, the basic function and station of mineral resources reserves management should be enhanced, and impenetrate the whole process of mining management. Finally, examination and comment should be thought much to perfect the system and strengthen the supervision.
