The exploitation of mining resources should be adjusted according to local conditions, and the security system of mine recultivation should be set up according to the principle of “one should renovate one's pollution; one should pay for one's destruction”. Making human as standard,and generally harmonious and sustainable concept of scientific development should be insisted on during management. So the mineral resources can be managed well.
