人才资源是国土资源管理事业发展所依赖的第一资源 ,具有基础性、战略性、决定性作用 ,所以 ,要做好人才队伍建设规划的编制工作和人才队伍动态监控网络 ,优化公务员队伍和科技人员队伍 ,建立人才资源研究室。
Talent resources are the first resources for the development of land and resources management,characterized by basic,strategic and decisive function.So the programming construction and the dynamic supervising network of talent ranks should be achieved, the official and technician ranks should be improved, and the research office of talent resources should be set up as well.
