公益性地质调查事业单位实施人才战略的思考

摘要 公益性地质调查事业单位普遍存在技术人员年龄老化、专业单一、知识落伍等问题 ,急需加强人才队伍建设 ,以推动事业发展。本文以沈阳地质矿产研究所为例 ,研究和探讨了公益性地质调查机构如何树立科学人才观和实施人才战略 ,以促进地质事业的可持续发展。 Public welfare geology survey facilities generally have such problems as ageing of technician, singleness of specialty and knowledge behind the times. So it's urgent to enhance the talent ranks to develop the facilities. Taking the case of Shenyang Institute of Geology and Mineral Resources, the way to set up the scientific talent view and carry out the talent strategy in public welfare geology survey facilities, and advance the sustainable development of geology cause has been studied and discussed in this paper.
