离退休干部工作在部门工作和发展中不是中心和全局 ,但与中心工作和发展紧密相连。离退休干部工作部门及其工作人员要按照党和政府的各项政策规定 ,结合离退休干部的特点 ,充分利用现有条件 ,努力做好离退休干部工作。
