摘要
在总结区域水资源承载力研究现状的基础上,定义了水资源承载力的概念;在可持续发展理论指导下,以“可承载人口数”作为综合指标,采用系统优化方法建立了水资源承载力计算模型;从水资源的可能性出发,研究了区域水资源可支撑的基于一定生活水平下的最大人口数量;最后以河北省海河流域部分为例,对上述模型进行了计算。
Based on the summarization of research status quo of water resources carrying capacity (WRCC), the paper defined WRCC. Guided by sustainable development theory, the model for calculating WRCC is established by taking the 'carrying population' as its integration index and using the system optimizing method. The model is for the maximum population in certain living standards under water resource support. The model is tested and calculated by taking Haihe River Basin in Hebei province as practical example.
