摘要
合理设计南水北调东线水资源供应链结构对于整个工程的水资源配置起到举足轻重的作用。首先给出了设计的指导思想和原则,然后采用网格图形法对该供应链的结构进行了设计和优化,得出了该水资源供应链的结构图形。最后,还对该供应链的特征进行了详细的分析。
It is very important in water resource allocation of whole project of the rational SCM structure of water resource in East-Rout of South-to-North water transfer. Firstly, the suitability idea and principle of design are given. Secondly, the SCM structure is devised with the method of gridding & figure. Lastly, the characteristic of the water resource SCM is analyzed in detail.
