非小细胞肺癌中HIF-1α蛋白的表达与多药耐药蛋白相关性的研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的 检测非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)中乏氧诱导因子 (HIF) 1α、P 糖弹白 (gp)、多药耐药相关蛋白 (MRP)的表达 ,探讨HIF 1α对P gp和MRP表达的影响。 方法 免疫组织化学技术检测 47例非小细胞肺癌中HIF 1α、P gp、MRP的表达情况。 结果  (1)HIF 1α、P gp、MRP在NSCLC中的阳性表达率为 5 7.45 %、72 .3 4%、70 .2 1% ;(2 )HIF 1α、P gp、MRP在中高分化的肿瘤中的表达率明显高于低分化的肿瘤 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;(3 )在腺癌和鳞癌中HIF 1α、P gp、MRP的表达差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;(4 )HIF 1α的表达阳性标本中P gp和MRP表达率和HIF 1α的表达阴性标本中P gp和MRP表达率差异有统计学意义(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 HIF 1α蛋白的表达与P gp和MRP的表达存在明显的相关性。 Objective To detect the expression of HIF 1α,P gp,and MRP in the non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and to explore the effect of HIF 1α on the expression of P gp and MRP.Methods The expression of HIF 1α,P gp,and MRP was detected in 47 human NSCLC samples by immunohistochemistry.Results (1) Twenty seven (55.17%) out of Among the 47 human NSCLC samples,27 (55.17%), 34 (72.34%) and 33 (70.21%) were positive for HIF 1α,P gp and MRP respectively;(2) The positive rate of HIF 1α,P gp,MRP was 75%, 91.66% and 81.33% respectively in tumor tissues with middle high differentiation,but the positive rate of HIF 1α,P gp and MRP was 39.13%, 52.17%, 52.17% respectively in low differentiation.The expression in tumor with middle high differentiation was significant higher than that in tumor with low differentiation ( P < 0.05); (3) The positive rate of HIF 1α,P gp and MRP was 55.17%, 72.41%, 72.41% in adenocarcinoma,while that was 61.11%, 72.22%, 66.66% respectively in squamous carcinoma with the difference being not signficant ( P > 0.05); (4) The significant difference was found in the expression of P gp and MRP between the samples positive for and those negative for HIF 1α ( P < 0.05). Conclusion The expression of HIF 1α is obviously correlated with the expression of P gp and MRP in NSCLC.
