摘要
我院自1987年3月至1991年6月,共收治重型儿麻后遗症患者40例,经有计划分期治疗,取得比较满意的效果,在治疗上除选择好手术适应证,手术先后程序,合理施行复合性和联合性手术外,还必须注重手术的综合性康复。
Since May 1987 to June 1991, forty cases of severe sequelae of infantile paralysis were admitted in this hospital. After stages of treatment program, there were satisfactory result obtained, Except optimal selection of cases; operative promgrams and combinative or conjunctive operations, attention must be paid to active composite post-operative rehabilitation.
