脑血管畸形磁共振血管成像技术的应用与评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :对磁共振血管成像 (MRA)在脑血管畸形 (AVM)的临床应用评价。方法 :对 15例患者进行分析 ,男 9例 ,女 6例 ,AVM位于 :右颞叶 3例 ,右额叶 6例 ,左额叶 4例 ,基底节和丘脑部 2例。结果 :均能满意显示血管的形态、大小、部位、范围。其中 3例右颞叶 AVM,MRA显示前交通右侧和后交通动脉增粗 ,大脑后动脉的颞前分支扩张 ;6例右额叶 AVM,MRA显示 ,AVM旁有高信号 ,血管部分解剖被血肿掩盖 ;4例左额叶 AVM,MRA显示额叶部小的血管巢 ;2例基底节和丘脑部 AVM,MRA显示 AVM血管巢。结论 :MRA是评价中枢神经系统血管畸形的一种必不可少的技术。 Objective To evaluate the application of magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) in detection of arteriovenous malformations (AVM).Methods Fifteen patients (9 male, 6 female) were under investigation, whose AVM locations were as follows: three in right temporal lobe, six in right frontal lobe, four in left frontal lobe, and two in basal ganglia and thalamus.Results The shape, size, location and extension of brain vessels were satisfactorily exhibited. AVM was detected at right temporal lobe of three patients; MRA found dilatation in right anterior communicating artery and posterior communicating artery as well as in anterior temporal branch of posterior cerebral artery.Six patients had AVM in right frontal lobe; MRA showed high signal around the AVM; and part of the vessel anatomy was covered by hematoma. Four patients presented AVM in left frontal lobe, showing small nidus in MRA. The remaining two had AVM in basal ganglia and thalamus, also showing nidus in MRA.Conclusion MRA is an indispensable technique in assessing AVM of central nervous system.
