摘要
目的 :探讨 HPV与食管癌的相关性。方法 :食管癌和食管炎各 6 0例内镜下用带套管细胞刷对病变组织刷取细胞 ,送放免疫室行 HPV- DNA- PCR检测。统计阳性率 ,与食管炎作对比。结果 :6 0例食管癌 HPV- DNA- PCR检测 ,阳性率为 38.3% ;6 0例食管炎 HPV- DNA- PCR检测 ,阳性率为 18.3% ,两者之间差异有显著性 ,P<0 .0 1,具有统计学意义。结论 :HPV与食管癌有相关性。
Objective To investigate the relationship between HPV and esophageal carcinoma.Methods 60 cases with esophageal carcinoma were selected for studying subjects and 60 cases with esophagitis were as control.The expression of HPV were examined with HPV-DNA-PCR technique.Results The positive rate of HPV detected in esophageal carcinoma patients was 38.3 %(23/60)and 18.3 %(11/60)in esophagitis patients.There was significant difference between them.Conclusion HPV is most likely correlated with esophageal carcinoma development.
