射孔优化技术在疏松砂岩油藏中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 通过对不同井眼角度、射孔方位、射孔密度和炮孔布置的模型在不同流速下的实验和对射孔参数与炮眼的渗流面积和炮眼压差关系的研究,进行了射孔优化,大大提高了疏松砂岩油藏防砂效果,认为射孔方位、井眼角度、射孔参数与油井出砂有直接关系,随孔径、孔密井眼角度的增大出砂加剧。为防止出砂,射孔时尽量沿最小主应力方向。 By the test to the model of being with different well angle, perforation orientation, perforation density and hole arrangement at different flow velocities and the study for relationship between perforation parameters,percolation area of percolated holes and their pressure difference, the optimum of percolation has been conducted which raised the effect of sand control for loose sand reservoir greatly. It is thought that there is linear relationship among perforation orientation, well angle, perforation parameter and sand production of the well,and sand production is getting serious with the increase of perforated radius,perforation density and well hole angle. The operation of perforation should follow the direction of minum main stress against for sand inflow.
