摘要
目的 观察BWYJ对麻醉猫血流动力学的影响。方法 利用麻醉开胸猫测定血流动力学的各项指标的变化。结果 BWYJ 2 .5mg·kg 1十二指肠给药 ,与溶媒组比较 ,DAP、TPR及LVWI明显降低 ;5mg·kg 1可明显降低麻醉猫的SAP、DAP、±dp/dtmax ,LVSP ,TPR及LVWI,对心率影响不明显。结论 BWYJ通过降低外周阻力及抑制心肌收缩力来降低血压 ,最终使左心作功降低 ,心肌耗氧量减少。
Objective To observe the effect of BWYJ on haemodynamics in anestheized cat. Methods The effect of BWYJ on haemodynamics were recorded by BL 420E software(TaiMeng) in anestheized open chest cat. Results BWYJ 2.5mg·kg 1 by duodenum produced a reduction of DAP、TPR and LVWI with no significant changes of SV, HR and CI versus vehicle. BWYJ 5.0 mg·kg 1 by duodenum produced a reduction of SAP,DAP,LVSP,±dp/dtmax,TPR and LVWI with no significant changes of SV, HR and CI versus vehicle. Conclusions Declining peripheral resistance and heart contractile force, BWYJ reduced mean arterial pressure and myocardical oxygen consumption.
