摘要
目的 研究二甲基亚砜 (DMSO)对小鼠脑缺血的影响 ,并初步探讨其机制。方法 应用小鼠断头张口喘气模型观察喘气时间的变化 ;离体大鼠血管平滑肌条记录等张收缩。结果 DMSO使小鼠张口喘气时间明显延长 ,呈剂量依赖性 ,同时DMSO呈浓度依赖性地松弛去氧肾上腺素预收缩的离体兔胸主动脉螺旋条。结论 DMSO具有一定的抗脑缺血作用 ,其作用机制可能涉及其舒血管作用 ,而增加脑血流量。
Objective To study the effect and possibal mechanism of dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) on cerebral ischemia. Methods The gasp time of mice was observed after decapitation in mouse decapitation model.Isotonic contraction was recorded by using vascular smooth muscle strips of rat in vivo. Results DMSO can prolong the gasp time of mice. In the strips precontracted by phenylephrine(PE),DMSO induced relaxing with a concetraction dependent manner. Conclusions DMSO appropriately protected injure of cerebral ischemia, the mechanism is due to vasodilation of DMSO and increased cerebral blood flow.
