摘要
目的 研究微波辐射对合成胆甾类分子钳受体的反应时间及收率的影响。方法 利用微波加热进行芳酰氯与脱氧胆酸甲酯的缩合反应。结果 所有分子钳的结构均经过IR ,MS ,1HNMR确认 ,本法反应速度快 ,收率高 ,操作简便。结论 与常规加热法相比较 ,微波辐射对合成胆甾类分子钳受体有显著的催化作用 ,选择适当的微波条件是获得最佳收率的主要原因之一。
Objective To study effect of the time, yield and various factors on the reaction. Methods The reactions of molecular tweezers from hyodeoxycholic acid were performed by microwave irradiation. Results The structures of all these compounds were characterized by IR, MS and 1HNMR spectra, The method has advantage of high yield, short reaction time and simple in operation. Conclusions Microwave irradiation to the reaction of molecular tweezers from hyodeoxycholic acid has striking catalystic atction, One of the main reasons that choice of microwave conditions were efficient.
