Survey of the grape and wine industry in New Zealand
摘要
气候条件是决定葡萄种植园地选择和葡萄酒质量的主要因素之一。毫无疑问,新西兰凉爽干燥的气候条件是生产优质葡萄及葡萄酒的适宜地区,虽然它的葡萄酒生产历史较短,但随着葡萄栽培面积扩大和葡萄酒出口量的增加,新西兰葡萄酒将会得到世界葡萄酒行业更大的关注。本文就新西兰葡萄主产区的地理位置和气候条件,葡萄酒的生产发展史及现状等作了简要介绍。
