摘要
目的 :研究体外循环 (CPB)心脏不停跳手术及停跳手术对肾素 -血管紧张素 -醛固酮系统 (RAAS)影响的差异。方法 :将 2 0只健康山羊分为实验组 (浅低温不停跳组 )与对照组 (中度低温停跳组 ) ,进行 CPB,分别于 8个时点采血 ,采用放射免疫分析法检测肾素 (PRA)、血管紧张素 (A )和醛固酮 (Aldo)水平。结果 :两组在 CPB过程中 PRA、A 和 Aldo均有不同程度的升高 ;对照组升高更明显 ;对照组的 PRA、A 在转机 90 min至停机 10 m in各时点均较实验组高 (P <0 .0 1) ,对照组的Aldo在转机 6 0 min至停机 10 min各时点均较实验组高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :CPB心脏不停跳心内手术对
Objective:To study the different of the effect on renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system(RAAS) on beating heart surgery and cardioplegia surgery during cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB).Methods:Twenty healthy goats were randomly divided into experimental and control group , experimental group(n=10), on beating heart surgery with mild hypothermic CPB, control group(n=10), on arrested heart with moderate hypothermic CPB. Plasma renin activity(PRA), angiotensin Ⅱ(AⅡ) and aldosterone(Aldo) of two groups were respectively measured by radioimmunoassay at eight different time intervals.Result:PRA, AⅡ and Aldo in two groups increased in varying degree during CPB. PRA, AⅡ and Aldo in control group increased more highly. PRA and AⅡ in control group were significantly higher than those in experimental group after 90min during CPB(P<0.01). Aldo in control group was significantly higher than that in experimental group after 60min during CPB(P<0.01).Conclusion:The results imply that the effect on RAAS in beating heart surgery during CPB is less than that in cardioplegia surgery.
