洗衣机无平衡铁的新工艺

A New Techniques to Eliminate the Balance Iron of the Auto-washing Machine

全自动洗衣机由于考虑洗涤空间,往往把电机偏置,而在电机对面加平衡铁,以保持外桶总成水平, 这种方法增加了成本。本文采用调整吊杆的长度或改变吊杆上端支座的位置使外桶总成处于水平的方法,简化了洗衣机的结构,减少了工艺控制的难度,大大提高了洗衣机产品质量的稳定性。

With regarding of the restricted inter-space of auto washingmachine, motor is usually fixed at one side of a washing tub. And inorder to keep the tub on the proper level, a balance iron has to befixed at the opposite side of the tub. A technique to adjust thelength of the suspenders or to change a setting location of thesuspenders for holding washing tub level is presented in this paper.With the use of this technique, the structure of washing machinehas been simplified and the technique difficulty has been reducedand quality would surely be improved.
