摘要
产品具有表层意义和深层意义。表层意义指产品的物理属性,包括技能、操作方式、规格等。深层意义则指人的精神性、心理性在产品上的投射,体现着产品与使用者的感觉、情绪或文化价值交会时的互动关系。当社会的技术条件发展到处理简单的机能问题已毫无困难,而且社会的经济条件也发展到不仅满足于基本的功能需求时,人们的注意力将转向深层次需求的满足。这就要求产品的综合设计要考虑产品设计的内外因素(材料、结构、形态、色彩、生产工艺、使用性能、人文因素等)。人机工程在产品设计上的应用是满足产品表层意义和深层意义的必要条件。本文以冰箱为例介绍人机工程在产品设计中的应用。
The meanings of products have two aspects, whichare the surface layer meanings and the deep- layer meanings.The surface layer meanings are the physical attribute of products,such as craftsmanship、operation mode and specification. Thedeep- layer meanings are the reflection of human spiritualityand psychology in products. It incarnates the alternatingrelationship between products and users’ feel、emotion orculture value. The technique has been advanced and it has beenvery easy to deal simple enginery, further more, the economiccondition has been improved and it is not enough to only meetthe basic function requirement, so that the attention of humanwill be turned to how to meet the deep-layer requirement. Forthis purpose, the inside and outside factors (materials、configurations、shapes、arts and crafts、capabilities andhumanities factors) should be considered when designingproducts. The application of Ergonomics engineering is thenecessary condition to meet the surface layer meanings and thedeep- layer meanings of products. In this paper, how to applyErgonomics engineering for products design is represented usingan example of refrigerator design.
