摘要
目的 :探索面部深度烧伤延迟应用MEBT/MEBO的临床疗效。方法 :将 2 0 0 0年以来由外院转入的 12例面部深度烧伤伤者改用湿性医疗技术治疗的病例进行回顾性分析。结果 :10例深Ⅱ度创面 ,愈合后均无瘢痕形成 ,仅有色素沉着或缺失 ,2例浅Ⅲ度创面有轻度瘢痕形成 ,非增生状 ,无五官功能伤残。结论 :颜面部深度烧伤延迟应用湿性医疗技术治疗仍能促进创面再生修复。
Objective: To explore the efficacy of delayed application of MEBT/MEBO in treating face deep burn. Method: We have treated 12 cases of face deep burn since 2000. All the patients had previously been treated in other hospitals before they were transferred to our hospital. In our hospital, all the patients were treated with MEBT/MEBO. Result: 10 cases with deep 2nd degree burn wound healed without scar formation but only slight pigmentation or deficiency. 2 cases with superficial 3rd degree burn healed with slight scar formation, but not hyperplastic. None had dysfunction or disablement. Conclusion: Delayed application of MEBT/MEBO still can promote regenerative repair of facial deep burn wounds.
