The pharmacological effect of MEBO in treating lower limb vascular ulcer

目的 :探讨美宝湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)治疗下肢血管性溃疡的药理学作用。方法 :2 0 0 1年 1月～ 2 0 0 4年 1月期间 ,对采用MEBO治疗的 14例 17处下肢血管性溃疡的临床治疗过程进行全面观察。结果 :17处溃疡创面全部治愈 ,同时观察到创面的再生修复过程及其规律性。结论

Objective: To investigate the pharmacological effect of MEBO in treating lower limb vascular ulcer. Method: During the period from Jan. 2001 to Jan. 2004, we treated 14 cases of lower limb ulcer involving 17 wounds with MEBO and observed the whole treating course. Result: All the 17 wounds were cured. The whole course of the regenerative repair of the wounds and the law of the repair were made clear. Conclusion: MEBO promotes the healing of lower limb vascular ulcer is due to its comprehensive pharmacological effects.
