重度烧伤创面的早期治疗及护理体会

Treatment and nursing of severely burned patients at the early stage

目的 :总结重度烧伤病人创面再生修复的治疗护理经验 ,提高治愈率。方法 :对 8例重度烧伤病人全程采用烧伤皮肤再生医疗技术治疗 ,同时加强全身综合疗法。结果 :8例病人全部治愈 ,创面愈合时间最短 4 8天 ,最长 6 5天 ,深Ⅱ度创面未留瘢痕 ,四肢无畸形及功能障碍。结论 :烧伤皮肤再生医疗技术治疗重度烧伤疗效显著。

Objective: To sum up the experience in the treatment and nursing of severely burned patients treated with skin regeneration technique. Method: 8 cases of severe burn were treated with skin regeneration technique in association with systemic comprehensive treatment. Result: All the 8 patients were cured. The shortest wound healing time was 48 days and the longest 65 days. Deep 2 nd degree wounds healed without scar formation. No disfigurement and no dysfunction happened.
