At present, university students have abundant leisure time. The quality of leisure life can play a vital role in the growth and maturation of university students. On the basis of questionnaire and interview, this paper summarizes the actuality of university students' leisure life, analyzes the main factor of influence on leisure life, and gives the measurement of improving leisure life.
