乌鲁木齐地区汉族和维吾尔族人群中前列腺增生情况比较

Comparison of BPH Between Han and Weiwul People in Wulumgi

目的:了解维吾尔和汉族之间前列腺增生发生和临床表现的差异。方法:调查50～60岁干部621人,分别检查前列腺体积、残余尿量及血前列腺特异性抗原并了解临床表现的不同。结果;汉族前列腺增大者为55.13％,维吾尔族为65.36％,差异明显,有统计学意义。残余尿量、症状评分及血前列腺特异性抗原按前列腺大小分级比较则无统计学差异。结论:维吾尔族前列腺增生发生率高于汉族。

Objective To probe the difference in occurence of BPH and Cinicalcharacteristic betwen Hen and Weiwul people. Methods 621men with age from 50 to 60 have been investigated. The prostate volume, residual urine, IPSS score and PSA have been analysed. Results: It have been found that the men with BPH are observed in 65. 36% in weiwul group, being significantly higher than in Han(55.13%). There is no diversity among residual urine, IPSS score and PSA when prostate volume is similar in the two groups. Conclusions: The incidence of BPH in weiwul is higher than that in Han.
