摘要
维系和开拓消费者 ,是现代企业亟待解决且关系其生死存亡的问题。但目前存在的问题是 :企业并没有从根本上转变观念 ,没有真正把消费者放在第一位。因此 ,企业想维系和开拓消费者就不可能有很好的效果。要解决这个问题 。
It is a life and death problem for modern enterprises whether they can maintain and develop customers.However,many enterprises don't regard consumers first.Therefore,they can't achieve a good result in maintaining and developing customers.To solve this problem,the writer argues that distinguishing the concept of customers from that of consumers is of the greatest importance.
