本文介绍一种新型的平面度误差检测系统，提出了一种新的满足最小平面度误差数据的处理方法。该系统具有较高的测量精度和数据处理速度，特别适用于大平板的高精度检测。

This paper introduces a new flatness measuring system and a new flatness error data processing method which fits the minimum condition. The advantage of the measuring system is of higher accuracy and higher speed in the data processing, especially for measuring the large plate with a higher accutary.
