教材管理工作的重点是要有计划，一切要接计划和规章办事，一切为教学服务，减少教材的积压，提高资金利用率。
It is important that the management of textbooks should have have and comply with the rules in order to offer service to tealhing,to reduce overstocking and to raise the utilization radio of the fund.
