本文通过五十年来高校保卫组织与公安机关之间出现的一些不协调现象，分析了产生这些负面效果的原因，提出了改进关系的途径。

This article analyses the cause of the negative results between college security bodies and public security organs through some uncoordinated phenomena in the last 50 years. And it also puts forward the way to improve the relationship.
