提出了掉电保护与系统复位同时作用，实现高度可靠的掉电保护的方法．并介绍了用ＭＡＸ７９１微处理器监控电路设计的一种掉电保护电路。

The scheme of both the power-broken protection and system reset functioning simultaneously is proposed to realize the high reliable power-broken protection, and the corresponding protecting circuit using MAX791 microprocessor monitoring presented in this article.
