摘要
分析了轧制各种形状花纹板材刀具轨迹的共同特征,研究了各种形状花纹板材的平面设计图与刀具轨迹的对应关系,提出了对平面设计曲线进行二维数据处理的一般方法,对二维数据处理结果向圆柱面上非规则曲线进行变换的三维建模和数据处理方法。在AutoCAD 环境下,利用 Autolisp 语言的编程功能,针对生产实际中切削刀具平面设计图,实现了圆柱面上非规则曲线的三维建模。该模型为刀具的数控加工提供了走刀轨迹仿真依据和走刀加工三维数据。
This paper analyses common characteristics of cutting tool locus and researches relationships between the 2D design drawing and cutting tool locus used to roll plates with all kind of patterns. General method to generate 2D data of plane design curve are put forth, and method of 3D modeling and data process is given which belongs to a result of coordinate transform from 2D process data to 3D irregular curves on cylinder surface. 3D modeling of the cutting tool locus on cylinder surface is implemented based on AutoCAD & AutoLISP for production practice. The model can be applied to simulate machining the cutting tool on numerical control milling machine and precise 3D model machining data can be given.
