SEAS(Super Electric Archives System)——超级电子档案系统是由东北大学软件中心研制成功的工程图纸光盘综合存储与管理系统。它能将最大为AO幅面(长度不限)的图纸扫描到计算机里并存储到光盘档案库中,它提供了图象的扫描、净化、矢量化、拼接、编辑、检索、浏览和输出等一系列功能,是各种类型档案现代化管理的有力工具。

In this paper, we present a system which is able to process and reproduce engineering drawings. SEAS (Super Electric Archiver System)is developed in Software Center of NorthEastern University, which processes and stores various sizes of drawings, maximum size is A0, in optical discs. It provides users with a set of suitable tools, such as image scanning, purification, vectorization, patch, edit, retrieve, browse, output, and so on.
