摘要
本文针对HIFU(HighIntensityFocusedUltrasound)中的运动控制系统,采用了分布式多轴运动控制方案,设计了基于Atmega128单片机芯片的运动控制装置的硬件和软件,并通过试验验证了该方案的有效性。
Aim at the motion control system in High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) in this paper, adopt at distributing multi-axis motion control scheme. Hardware and software were designed based on Atmega128 micro-controller CMOS chip. The controller was proved to be effective through experimentation.
