摘要
采用CR115型光电倍增管作为感光器件,设计了一种光子计数方式的荧光检测系统,该系统选用TM320F2812的DSP控制芯片作为核心器件,并通过模块化软件设计实现对荧光的检测、数据分析与处理,该装置具有准确度高、检测速度快、对外界环境要求低等特点,可广泛应用于生物、医学等领域。
This paper introduces a photon counter fluorescence check and measure system which uses CR115 PMT as sensitization device. The core device is the DSP control chip that uses TM320F2812, and uses modular software design achieve check and measure, data analysis and processing to fluorescence. The features of this equipment are high precise, fast-footed check and measure, low demand to outside environment, and so on. This system has a wide use in biology and medicine field.
