摘要
本文在分析火工品可靠性增长模式的基础上,对 Duane、Compertz 和 FEG 模型进行了计算机模拟比较研究,结果表明 Compertz 和 FEG 模型比 Duane 模型更适合于描述火工品可靠性增长过程。在 Compertz 和FEG 模型基础上,提出了火工品可靠性增长的规划方法,包括理想增长曲线的模型建立,可靠性增长起点、可靠性增长潜力、可靠性增长参数的确定以及理想增长曲线的绘制,并将该规划方法运用于某实例中。
Based on analysis of the reliability growth mode of initiating explosive devices, studies were carried out among comparisons of Duane, Compertz and FEG models by computer simulation. The result shows that Compertz and FEG are more suitable to describe the process of reliability growth of initiating explosive devices than Duane model. On the basis of Compertz and FEG models, authors present the plan method of reliability growth for initiating explosive devices. The method includes establishment of ideal growth curve of the model, the determination of starting point (RI), potentiality (Rp) and parameter (c or b3) of growth, and the drawing of ideal growth curve. This plan is also applied to a certain initiating explosive device.
