摘要
研究了离子交换纤维在处理火炸药厂生产废水中的应用。结果表明,与离子交换树脂相比,离子交换纤维具有交换速度快、交换量大的优点。聚丙烯基阴离子交换纤维对 Cr(Ⅵ)的静态饱和吸附量为 216.1mg/g,Na+型聚丙烯基弱酸性阳离子交换纤维对 Cu(Ⅱ)和Zn(Ⅱ)的静态饱和吸附量分别为 53.1mg/g 和29.5mg/g,H+型聚丙烯基弱酸性阳离子交换纤维对 Cu(Ⅱ)和Zn(Ⅱ)的静态饱和吸附量分别为 47.2 mg/g 和28.3 mg/g,聚乙烯醇基强酸性阳离子交换纤维对Pt(Ⅱ)和 Cd(Ⅱ)的最大吸附容量分别为 206.6 mg/g 和105.5 mg/g。
The application of ion exchange fiber in dealing with liquid waste from ordnance factory is investigated. The results show that ion exchange fiber has a faster exchange speed and a larger exchange capacity than ion exchange resin. Statically saturated adsorption capacity of Cr (Ⅵ) on polypropylene-based anion ion exchange fiber is 216.1mg/g. Statically saturated adsorption capacity of Cu (Ⅱ) and Zn (Ⅱ) on polypropylene-based weak acid cationic ion exchange fiber (Na+) are 53.1mg/g and 29.5mg/g respectively, and statically saturated adsorption capacity of Cu (Ⅱ) and Zn (Ⅱ) on polypropylene-based weak acid cationic exchange fiber (H+) are 47.2mg/g and 28.3mg/g respectively. The polyvinyl alcohol-based strong acid cationic exchange fiber has a good adsorption capacity for Pt (Ⅱ) and Cd (Ⅱ), which can reach 206.6mg/g and 105.5mg/g.
