摘要 纳米金刚石薄膜具有众多优异性能 ,在众多领域有广泛的应用。本文在详细介绍纳米金刚石薄膜合成的基础上 ,着重阐述了对纳米金刚石薄膜的表征 。 As for its excellent and unprecedented properties, nanodiamond film has a wild range of applications in many areas. Based on the presentation of its synthesis, this article mainly illustrates the indications about the nanodiamond film. Meanwhile it also points out that NEXAFS as a useful method can be applied to identify the nanodiamond films of large areas.
