摘要
目的 探讨甲状旁腺癌的声像图表现。方法 总结 7例甲状旁腺癌的声像图特点 ,包括大小、形状、回声、边界、血流等 ,并与手术及病理结果对照分析。结果 甲状旁腺癌声像图表现是 :体积较大 ,分叶状 ,低回声 ,内部回声不均 ,边界不清 ,血流丰富。结论 超声对甲状旁腺癌的诊断有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the ultrasonographic features of parathyroid carcinoma. Methods The size, shape, echogenicity, contour, and color Doppler features of 7 parathyroid carcinomas were assessed. Results Ultrasonography showed that parathyroid carcinoma tended to be large, lobulated, heterogeneous, hypoechoic and poorly defined masses with plenty of color signals within and around the lesions. Conclusion Ultrasonographic examination is useful for diagnosing parathyroid carcinoma.
