超声血管试验观察糖尿病患者血流频谱反向峰形态、数量及其变化的意义

Significance of reversed peak shape, number and changes of blood spectrum in patients with diabetes mellitus by ultrasound

摘要 目的 简化糖尿病超声血管试验流程。方法 对患者组 61例 (P组 ,包括单纯糖尿病P1亚组 41例和血管硬化糖尿病P2亚组 2 0例 )和对照组 17例进行内皮依赖性和非依赖性血管扩张试验。在基础状态、加压时、减压后和服药后 ,分别分析血流频谱反向峰数量、形态及其变化。结果 在基础状态、减压后和含服硝酸甘油后 ,患者组与对照组峰形态差别均非常显著 (P均 <0 .0 0 1)。减压后与加压时、含服硝酸甘油后与基础状态比较 ,对照组和患者组峰形态变化差别也非常显著 (P均 <0 .0 0 1)。结论 在糖尿病超声血管试验中 ,可通过定性分析血流频谱反向峰形态及其变化评价糖尿病患者血流改变情况。 Objective To predigest the procedure of vascular test with ultrasound in diabetes mellitus. Methods A test of endothelium dependent and independent vasodilation was performed at 61 typeⅡdiabetes patents (patient group) including simple diabetes patients (simple diabetes subgroup, n =41) and diabetes patients with vascular atherosclerosis (diabetes with vascular atherosclerosis subgroup, n =20), and 17 control subjects (control group). The reversed peak shape,number and those changes of ultrasonic blood spectrum were analyzed respectively at baseline, pressurization, decompression, and post nitroglycerin. Results There were significant differences between patient group and control group for the reversed peak shape of flow spectrum at baseline, decompression, and post nitroglycerin, and for the reversed peak shape changes of flow spectrum as post nitroglycerin compared with pre nitroglycerin,and decompression with pressurization (all P <0.001). Conclusion Qualitative analysis of the reversed peak shape and changes of flow spectrum can evaluate the blood flow changes under vascular test with ultrasound in diabetes mellitus.
