国产氨氯地平对高血压病患者左室舒张功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 评价国产氨氯地平的降压疗效及对高血压患者左室舒张功能的影响。方法 观察 2 9例轻 中度高血压患者服用国产氨氯地平 4周后的降压效果 ,并采用多普勒超声心动图 (UCG)测定 4周前后左室舒张功能的变化。结果 国产氨氯地平治疗 4周 ,SBP、DBP及脉压均有显著降低 (P <0 .0 1~ 0 .0 5 )。E峰峰值流速和EDV增加 ,IVRT缩短 ,从而使A峰峰值流速、A/E及心房充盈分数降低 ,E波持续时间及EDFP/DFP减少 (P <0 .0 1~ 0 .0 5 ) ,左室舒张功能得到改善。左室舒张功能与SBP、DBP和脉压呈负相关。结论 国产氨氯地平能安全有效地降低血压 ,并能够改善左室舒张功能。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Amlodipine produced in China on blood pressure and left ventricular diastolic function in patients with essential hypertension. Methods Twenty nine patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension were treated with Amlodipine for 4 weeks. The changes of blood pressure were observed, and the changes of left ventricular diastolic function were investigated with echocardiography. Results Systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and pulse pressure decreased significantly with treatment of Amlodipine ( P <0.01-0.05), while early peak flow velocity and deceleration velocity of early diastole (EDV) increased. Furthermore, atrial peak flow velocity, A/E, atrial filling fraction, early diastolic filling period (EDFP), EDFP/DFP and isovolumetric relaxation time (IVRT) also decreased ( P <0.01-0.05), resulting left ventricular diastolic function improvement at the end of 4 weeks. Left ventricular diastolic function was negatively correlated to SBP, DBP and pulse pressure ( P <0.05). Conclusion Amlodipine produced in China can decrease blood pressure considerably and safely, and improve left ventricular diastolic function.
