摘要 工作记忆属于短时记忆的一种 ,在人类记忆过程中起重要作用。老年性痴呆 (Alzheimer’sdisease ,AD)是一种以记忆缺陷为主要临床表现的脑变性疾病。本文就功能磁共振成像在工作记忆及AD工作记忆缺陷方面的研究进展进行综述. Working memory is one of the short memory and is important for understanding the memory completely. Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder of unknown etiology, characterized by memory deficits. The advance of functional MRI study in working memory and working memory deficits of Alzheimer's disease is reviewed in this paper.
