摘要
采用共焦显微拉曼光谱仪检测 2 0例胃癌和胃正常黏膜组织切片的拉曼光谱。结果表明 ,两种病理组织学形态胃组织的光谱数据具有较好的一致性 ,正常胃黏膜组织拉曼光谱存在 16 4 2 (cm-1)、16 6 2 (cm -1)蛋白质的酰氨I振动双峰 ,而胃癌组织中仅存在位于 16 6 8(cm-1)处的酰氨I振动单峰 ,与临床病理检测结果对照相符 ,因此 ,胃癌和胃正常黏膜拉曼光谱检测有望成为诊断胃癌的一种有效方法。
The high SNR (Signal-to-Noise) spectra from 2 0 cases of gastric carcinoma and normal mucosa were obtained by confocal Raman m icrospectroscopy. Consistent spectral features were observed at different sites of one tissue slice for both typical tissues. Raman spectra of normal gastric mu cosa shows two peaks which are assigned to amide I vibration of proteins in 1640 -1670(cm -1) spectral region. However, in gastric carcinoma, only one pea k of amino I vibrational mode of proteins can be observed. The obviously differe nt spectral characters of the two types of tissues are in accordance to clinicop athologic diagnosis. The result shows Raman spectroscopy might be a potential me thod in the diagnosis of gastric carcinoma.
