摘要
为了对同步整流器的门极驱动电压进行有效的控制,设计出一种带有源箝位电流驱动全波同步整流器.实验证明该整流器具有效率高,且开关管的门极驱动电压不受输入/输出电压和输入/输出电流影响的优点.
To control effectively the gate driving voltage in a synchronous rectifier, this paper designs a sort of full-wave synchronous rectifier with active clamp current-dirve. By experiments it shows that the rectifier can operate efficiently, and its gate drive voltage of the switching transistor can be immune from the input and /or ouput voltage and current.
