渗硼胶膜及胶膜渗硼工艺的研究

摘要 本文介绍的胶膜渗硼工艺是一种新的渗硼方法。将渗硼所需要的供硼剂、活化剂与塑料等混制成塑料薄膜,用粘接剂将其粘贴在金属表面,加热至高温渗硼。用该方法可以得到与固体法、盐浴法相同的渗硼组织和耐磨性。渗硼胶膜还可以用于感应加热,激光加热渗硼共晶化。 A plastic (paper) fiml is made of boride, activator, extender, resin(pulp) et al. It is cohesived on the steel surface for boronizing at elevated temperature. Boronizing surface structure and rate of wear obtained with the method that are same with pack and salt bath method. The adhesive film (paper) will be used in the Eutectic Treatment of Boride of high frequency and laser heating.
